| Returns / Cancellations | Due to the nature of digital products, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted after download. Please contact us if you experience a critical file defect. For preorder items (both digital and print), cancellation and a full refund are available before the release date — please contact us via the contact form (refund is processed through Stripe). Cancellations or refunds are generally not available after release. For regular print orders, returns and exchanges for customer reasons are generally not accepted. If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered due to our error, we will arrange an exchange. Cancellation before shipment can be requested via the contact form (cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted). |
