COHI Studio Shop ("we" or "the Store") is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and applicable regulations.

We collect the following information:

• Email address and name (upon account registration)
• Payment details (processed and stored by Stripe; we do not retain card numbers)
• Purchase and download history
• IP address and user agent at download time (for anti-piracy investigation)
• Inquiry content (submitted via the contact form)

We use collected information to:

• Provide purchased downloads
• Send purchase confirmations and receipts
• Respond to inquiries
• Send new release and sale announcements (with your consent)
• Detect and prevent fraudulent use

We do not share your information with third parties except:

• When required by law
• With your consent
• With Stripe, Inc. for payment processing (Stripe's privacy policy applies)

We use session cookies generated by Supabase authentication for service functionality. We do not currently use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.

Purchase records are retained for the period required by law for accounting purposes. When you delete your account, your profile information is anonymized, but purchase records (order number, items, amount) are retained.

We implement appropriate security measures including Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), HTTPS, and access control to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or leakage of personal information.

You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
