Shipping & Delivery
Digital products (download sales) ship free and are available for download immediately after payment. Shipping methods, fees, and delivery times for print editions (physical goods such as books and zines) are as follows.

* Orders containing only digital products incur no shipping fee.
* Shipping is calculated automatically from your destination and the total weight of the print items in your order. Overseas rates may vary based on actual carrier rates.
* Domestic (Japan) orders that include an item thicker than 3 cm, or longer than 34 cm on the long side or 25 cm on the short side (e.g. mouse pads), cannot be sent by mailbox delivery and ship via parcel services such as Yu-Pack (shipping from ¥1,100 (approx. $7.10)).
Shipping methods
Within Japan, we primarily ship via Click Post (Japan Post — mailbox delivery with tracking). For items that cannot be packed for Click Post, we use a shipping method suited to the item's size, such as Yu-Pack.
Overseas orders are shipped internationally according to the destination zone. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method, and we will let you know at dispatch.
Dispatch & delivery estimates
Orders are shipped approximately 5 days after purchase (timing may vary depending on shipping conditions). After dispatch, delivery typically takes a few days within Japan and roughly 1–3 weeks overseas depending on the region.
Customs & import taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes (such as VAT) may be charged according to the rules of the destination country or region. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please note this in advance. For deliveries to the United States, however, we prepay customs duties at clearance (DDP), so no additional charges are collected on delivery — this cost is included in the U.S. shipping fee.
Cancellation & address changes after ordering
Before shipment, you can request a cancellation or a change of delivery address via the contact form. Cancellations are not possible after shipment.
