Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "COHI Studio Shop" (the "Service"), a digital content sales service operated by COHI Studio (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Registration is complete when you accept these Terms, submit an application through the prescribed method, and the Operator approves it. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password). The Operator is not liable for unauthorized use of your account by third parties.

The Service offers digital content downloads, including ebooks, art books, Procreate brushes, and Notion templates. Product details, prices, and system requirements are listed on each product page.

Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in JPY (tax included). USD prices shown in English mode are approximate and for reference only — actual charges are made in JPY.

After payment is confirmed, purchased content is available for download from your purchase history. Downloads are provided via time-limited signed URLs (5-minute validity). You may re-download at any time from your account.

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted after download. If you experience a critical file defect, please contact us via the inquiry form.

You must not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital content
• Modify, decompile, or infringe the intellectual property of content
• Engage in unauthorized access or spam
• Violate any applicable law or public order

All copyrights and intellectual property rights for the Service and its content belong to the Operator or rightful owners. The license granted under these Terms is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The Operator may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
